Subproject 2 : Recycling of Agricultural Waste 2019-12-31
After saccharification process, cellulose become sugar, than this solution can be used to culture bacteria, which produce plant stimulant. According to the result, plant stimulant will use in agriculture for better growth and disease resistance. Our team select a functional endophyte, and construct an e.coli strain to produce the functional compound, it can truly enhance biological stress/abiotic stress resistance. We cloning and expression PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline quinone) genes on e.coli, which is we make an e.coli strain produce high economic value compound, and use cellulosome to hydrolysis cellulose as a carbon source to culture the e.coli. Our results are based on new synthetic biology technology, which can clone more genes in one step.
