中文摘要 本研究重點在於電漿電解拋光電解液汰換時機,探討電解液壽命指標-電流密度以作為電漿拋光之應用參考。實驗中使用2 wt%硫酸銨作為電解液,以固定電壓340伏特對1cm x 1cm304不銹鋼進行拋光,使用加熱板加熱並測量溫度從6090˚C區間下的電流密度。除了找出電解液壽命指標外,並經與金屬中心團隊研討,另在拋光過程中額外紀錄拋光液的消耗速率以作為後續應用之參考。
英文摘要 This work showed that the electrolyte current density as an indicator can attribute an optimized timing of adding electrolyte to keep active in operation of plasma electrolytic polishing (PEP). In this experiment, 2wt% ammonium sulfate was used as electrolyte to polished 1cm x 1cm stainless steel SUS304. It was successfully used hot bath heating method to heat it up from 60 to 90˚C and suction filtration. The cathode was fixed at the beaker edge in the electrolyte and the input voltage was 340 volts. Once the gas phase layer forms stably around the workpiece, the plasma go through electrolyte to polish the workpiece surface. Then anode was slowly immersed into the electrolyte and the current density measured. As found that based on the current density-temperature curve, the timing of adding electrolyte was using the current density difference to decided it need supplement or not. When temperature from 75 to 80˚C and 85 to 90 ˚C, the 2wt% ammonium sulfate solution should be supplemented. The result showed the electrolyte life indicator by using the current density is a feasible method for practical technology for PEP.
